Ian Erwood

Dr. Ian Erwood is a highly accomplished dentist with a background in biochemistry. He earned an Honours Bachelor Degree of Science from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with distinction. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Erwood is an active member of several dental associations, including the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, York Region Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Dr. Erwood is highly qualified to provide a wide range of dental treatments. He is a Preferred Invisalign Provider and is also trained in administering IV Sedation. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Erwood is passionate about continuing education and frequently presents dental lectures to dentists and their staff throughout North America. His aim is to help fellow dental professionals improve their skills and enhance patient care.Dr. Erwood has been serving patients in Unionville and the surrounding areas for over 25 years, focusing on enhancing their smiles and overall dental health. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys various recreational activities such as playing tennis, skiing, and kiteboarding. Spending quality time with his wife and three children is also a priority for Dr. Erwood.
