Hengameh Bakhtiar

Dr. Hengameh is an experienced and highly qualified endodontist with over 20 years of practice in root canal treatment. She graduated as an endodontist from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2004 and has since gained extensive expertise in the field. In addition to her clinical work, she has been a university faculty member and associate professor in the Faculty of Dentistry at Tehran Azad University of Medical Sciences for 18 years. She has also published several papers in reputable academic journals and has been a reviewer for international endodontic journals. From 2018 to 2020, she served as a visiting professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto, and is currently an instructor in the endodontics preclinic department at the University of Toronto. In 2022, she obtained her Canadian general dentistry license through the NDEB equivalency process and has been practicing as a general dentist focusing exclusively on root canal treatments. She was chosen for the Dental Specialty Assessment and Training Program (DSATP) of endodontics at the University of Toronto in 2022, and in 2023, she successfully passed the RCDC fellowship exam and became a board-certified endodontist in Canada.
