Anthony Tao

Dr. Anthony Tao is a highly accomplished dentist in Richmond Hill, known for his dedication to the field of dentistry and his commitment to patient care. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Western Ontario, graduating with honors and distinction. Following his education, he completed a residency at the Toronto General Hospital before entering private practice.

Dr. Tao is a member of various dental groups and associations, including the International Association for Orthodontics, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Ontario Dental Association. He has earned prestigious fellowships with the International Congress of Oral Implantology, International College of Dentists, and Pierre Fauchard Academy.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Tao actively participates in organized dentistry. He served as the president of the York Region Dental Society and as a councilor for the Ontario Dental Association.

Dr. Tao is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and believes in clear and open communication with his patients. He particularly enjoys implant dentistry and has pursued extensive training in this field, including courses on implant dentistry and hard and soft tissue grafting. He also has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and offers treatments such as Invisalign clear aligner orthodontics.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Tao is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has volunteered his dental services in various settings, including providing care in the aboriginal community of Pikangikum, to homeless street youths at the Toronto Shout Clinic, and to orphaned children in Kenya.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tao enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and children.
